Our firm presently consists of nine individuals with expertise in auditing, taxation, litigation support, accounting and business consulting. The client base is very diversified and is typical of the Dallas/Ft. Worth metropolitan area. The most significant areas of our practice are financial institutions, the oil and gas industry, the construction industry, real estate entrepreneurs and wholesale distributors. We represent in excess of 300 clients that are principally small to medium sized individually owned businesses requiring auditing, taxation, litigation support, and consulting services. Our firm is the successor to Samson, Robbins & Associates which was formed in 1989. Mr. Tapp became a partner in 1998, Mr. Cobb was admitted as partner in 1999 and Mr. Jenkins was admitted in 2003. Mr. Robbins, Mr. Cobb and Mr. Jenkins have held several senior level management positions with national CPA firms. Mr. Tapp and Mr. Cobb have also held senior management positions in the private sector. Mr. Tapp has specialized in auditing and accounting for over twenty five years with an emphasis in the oil and gas industry and financial institutions. He also has extensive experience in international oil and gas exploration and production activities. Mr. Jenkins has been a bankruptcy consultant for over thirty years.
