Meet Brianna
Brianna serves as Vice President of Institutional Sales and Business Solutions at Realized, where she partners with financial advisors and their firms to deliver comprehensive, white-glove 1031 exchange and tax-deferral solutions. She works closely with RIAs and broker-dealers seeking to expand their capabilities in Delaware Statutory Trusts (DSTs) and other tax-deferral strategies without having to build the infrastructure internally.
In addition to supporting advisors and their firms, Brianna specializes in guiding investors through the full lifecycle of the 1031 exchange process, from initial consultation through final execution. She works closely with clients to understand their financial goals, risk tolerance, and income needs, helping them build personalized passive real estate portfolios designed to maximize after-tax cash flow, mitigate capital gains exposure, and pursue strong risk-adjusted returns aligned with their unique situation.
Brianna brings a well-rounded perspective from her experience across multiple roles at Realized, including client onboarding, account establishment, and ongoing relationship management. This background allows her to deliver a seamless, high-touch experience at every stage of the client journey.
She holds FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 licenses.
Brianna earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, along with a Certificate in Accounting, from Texas Tech University. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, trying new recipes, staying active, and taking her Chocolate Lab on walks.
