Mr. Hendrickson is a graduate of Western Washington University in Business & Accounting. Spent the early part of his career as a professional with Moss Adams CPA Firm and then moved to River Oak Ltd as the Exec. V.P. handling real estate investment banking for its investor pool focusing on commercial, industrial & multifamily projects. From there he spent 7 years as the Chief Financial Officer of a mid-size timber, real estate development, & construction company with operations all over the Northwest, Formark, Inc. Over the course of his career he has directly overseen companies in the fields of real estate development, construction, energy, aerospace, timber, manufacturing, and retail. Mr. Hendrickson has been in business for himself as a financial consultant and contract CFO over the last 9 years working as a specialist on a wide range of opportunities in the Puget Sound Region. He brings nearly 22 years of executive financial & development background to the team. He contracts as a CFO on a part time basis to various industries and has been responsible for a number of corporate turnarounds, restructures, venture fundings, and growth opportunities for mid sized companies. He is a licensed CPA in Washington State and continues to look for ways to enhance the value he can bring to his relationships.
