DK Partners was incorporated in 1984 and Danny has served as President since that time. Danny has spent his entire career in public accounting, including prior positions with Coopers & Lybrand and Main Hurdman. Danny is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and holds a Bachelor's in Business Administration from the Southwest Texas State University (1979) and a Masters in Professional Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin (1993). He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of Texas (1981), a General Securities Representative (1987), a Personal Financial Specialist (1998), a General Securities Principal (1998), and a Certified Retirement Counselor (2007). In 2006, Danny and his wife established The Daniel and Lucy Davila Endowed Scholarship of Distinction - McCoy College of Business at Texas State University.
