Clark is CT+M's managing partner. He has over twenty years of progressive audit and tax experience in public accounting. Clark has significant experience with GAAP and statutory audits of property & casualty insurance companies, life, accident & health insurance companies as well as Health Maintenance Organizations (HMO). He also has experience with the following industries: technology, not-for-profit, manufacturing, service contract providers and warranty. Clark earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Master in Professional Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin. He also earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Houston _ Clear Lake. Clark is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is currently a certified public accountant in the states of Texas, Colorado, Virginia and California.
