Kirk Clarke's areas of practice are Estate Planning, Wills, Trusts, and Probate. Mr. Clarke is admitted to the Vermont and Connecticut Bars. He is also a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the State of Vermont. He has worked for over fifteen years as an Estate Tax Attorney for the Internal Revenue Service in Albany, New York, and Burlington, Vermont. Mr. Clarke received his B.S. from Wake Forest University and his J.D. from the University of Connecticut School of Law. He is admitted to the State Bars of Vermont and Connecticut and is a member of the Chittenden County Bar Association, Vermont Bar Association, and American Bar Association, Real Estate and Probate section. Mr. Clarke is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a member of the Vermont Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
